Using Scribe
Hatch Software provides Scribe to help you record, transcribe and organise audio. You must have permission to record and upload the content you provide. You retain ownership of your content and allow us and our service providers to process it to deliver the features you request. Do not use Scribe for unlawful content or activity.
AI results
Transcripts, speaker labels, summaries and actions may contain errors. Review results against your original recording before relying on them. Keep your own copy of important audio.
Plans and billing
Free accounts include 30 minutes per calendar month. Standard includes 500 and Pro includes 3,000 minutes per calendar month. Pro also includes 400 live caption minutes per UTC calendar month, shared across your devices. Live recording uses both live caption time and ordinary recording time; final processing does not charge recording time twice. Unused minutes do not roll over. Each store subscription lasts one month and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price shown by the store. Manage or cancel in your store’s subscription settings. Deleting your Scribe account does not cancel a store subscription. Restore purchases using the same store and Scribe accounts. Refund requests are handled by your payment provider and applicable consumer rights.
